A wide, spectrum of visual arts is taught at HCIS in its numerous well-equipped Art Studios. e.g. Drawing and Painting, Sculpture, Ceramics, Pottery, Craft, Needle work, Jewellery designing, Computer Graphics, Photography, & Textile Designing.

Fine Arts

Diverse forms of painting in different mediums are taught and excelled in HCIS. At HCIS the building artists also use canvas as a surface to creatively express themselves in oil and acrylic paints for a variety of subjects like landscapes, nature study, still life, 16 portraits and modern impressionistic art etc.

Glass painting is one of the most refined Indian art styles that is taught here. These glass paintings are noted for their show of brilliance clarity and the use of rich colours.

Paper Craft

Diverse forms of paper craft like — Collage-making, Papier-Mache, Origami,Thermocol craft are taught at HCIS.

Pottery & Sculpture

At HCIS three dimensional art work is undertaken with a variety of substances, e.g. ceramics, clay, pottery, stonework.

Textile Painting

Batik, Block Printing, Fabric Painting & Dye are forms of textile painting taught to the students at HCIS. The interest generated in this field has motivated many of them to take up fashion and textile designing as a career after school.

Computer Graphics

The development of computer graphics has a profound impact and has revolutionized animation in the student's power point presentations.

Photography

Photography is a hobby in which many students are motivated to explore and experiment.
